What is Brave?

Brave is an event (a party really) that is followed by Brave Circles (weekly group activities, empowerment and mentoring) that seeks to educate and empower girls from vulnerable situations, hoping to engage them before they become victims of sexual exploitation and trafficking. Brave and The Salvation Army partners with individuals and communities across Canada to reach the most vulnerable and at-risk youth in their areas, to show them we see them, they matter, and we are with them. We both believe that the mobilizations of local communities can put a permanent end to the exploitation of girls across Canada.

Program Description
