The International Labour Organization and United Nations have estimated that there are 49.6 million people in modern slavery worldwide, and one million of them are children. Human trafficking can sometimes feel too big to tackle; you may even wonder, “What can I possibly do to help?”
Let’s start with prayer.
During this webinar, we will explore the call to step up and pray, highlighting that prayer is NOT “the least you can do.” To quote Oswald Chambers, “Prayer does not fit us for the greater works; prayer is the greater work.” And it is essential in the fight against human trafficking.
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms” (Ephesians 6:12 NIV).
