Our leadership development vision is that mission-driven leadership will be evident in every ministry of the Canada & Bermuda territory. It is our goal to meet those needs through learning and development strategies and opportunities. A major component of this strategy is the integration of a "Leadership Capability Framework" for TSA - Canada and Bermuda. We have been working with LEADS Canada over the past 3 1/2 years to create and deliver a Two-Day LEADS Learning Series.
We are asking all people leaders to help us identify potential participants for an upcoming LEADS Learning Series to take place in Toronto, Ontario on May 16-17, 2023.
The desired outcomes for this LEADS Learning Series are that participants will:
- gain an understanding of the need for a Leadership Capability Framework
- have an initial understanding of the LEADS Framework (Lead Self/Engage Others/Achieve Results/Develop Coalitions/Systems Transformation)
- begin the exploration of various aspects of LEADS implementation within TSA
- provide feedback which will help with further integration of this learning across the territory
