HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Eligibility: This program is open to all Officers and Employees who have been in a full-time role with The Salvation Army for at least 2 years. All applicants require the endorsement of their manager / supervisor.
Cost: All costs are covered by Leadership Development.
Time Commitment: Participants are required to attend all virtual learning sessions, group practicum, and group coaching sessions.
