International Headquarters has approved the following appointments effective July 1, 2022:

Lieut-Colonel Brian Armstrong, currently serving as Secretary for Personnel, Territorial Headquarters to be Divisional Commander, Prairie Division.

Lieut-Colonel Lynn Armstrong, currently serving as Secretary for Mission, Territorial Headquarters to be Divisional Director of Women’s Ministries & Divisional Officer Personnel Secretary (additional), Prairie Division.

Major Les Marshall, currently serving as Divisional Commander, Prairie Division to be Secretary for Mission, Territorial Headquarters.  He will take up his new appointment responsibilities with the rank of Lieut-Colonel.

Major Tiffany Marshall, currently serving as Divisional Director of Women’s Ministries / Divisional Secretary for Spiritual Life Development, Prairie Division to be Assistant Secretary for Mission, Territorial Headquarters.  She will take up her new appointment responsibilities with the rank of Lieut-Colonel.

Major Roxanne Jennings, currently serving as Personnel Coordinator, College for Officer Training to be Secretary for Personnel, Territorial Headquarters.  She will take up her new appointment responsibilities with the rank of Lieut-Colonel.

Major Deana Zelinsky, currently serving as Training and Development Officer, Territorial Headquarters to be Training Principal, College for Officer Training.

Major Andrew Morgan, currently serving as Training Principal is awaiting appointment.  His appointment will be announced at a later date.

Major Darlene Morgan, currently serving as Spiritual Formation Coordinator, College for Officer Training is awaiting appointment.  Her appointment will be announced at a later date.
