Northwest Territories Deputy Minister for the Department of Justice, Bronwyn Watters, presented Majors Dale and Jo Sobool, executive director and assistant executive director, Northwest Territories Resource Centre, with a gift of blankets. As part of the Territorial government's recognition for her 30 years of service, Deputy Minister Watters was given the opportunity to make a contribution to a local charity.
