Lieut.-Colonel Deborah Graves, currently serving as Divisional Director of Women's Ministries, Ontario Great Lakes Division to be Integrated Missions Secretary.
Major Morris Vincent, currently serving as Area Commander, Southern Region - Maritime Division to be Divisional Commander, Ontario Great Lakes Division.
Major Wanda Vincent, currently serving as Divisional Youth Secretary, Maritime Division to be Divisional Director of Women's Ministries, Ontario Great Lakes Division.
Major Wade Budgell, currently serving as Divisional Secretary for Public Relations and Development, Newfoundland & Labrador Division to be Assistant Chief Secretary.
Major Linda Budgell, currently serving as Director of Chaplaincy & Volunteer Services, St. John's Glenbrook Lodge for Senior Citizens to be Assistant Chief Secretary - Special Events & Assistant Territorial Secretary for Spiritual Life Development.
Major Jim Champ, currently serving as the Editor-in-Chief and Literary Secretary to be Secretary for Communications. Inasmuch as this is a Senior Reserved Appointment, this will include a promotion to the rank of Lieut.-Colonel.
