Lt-Colonel Fred Waters currently serving as Secretary for Program, to be Territorial Secretary for Business Administration.

Lt-Colonel Joan Canning currently serving as Assistant Secretary for Personnel - Strategic Initiatives, to be Assistant Chief Secretary.

Lt-Colonel Marsha-Jean Bowles, currently serving as Chief Secretary, Germany & Lithuania Territory, to be Territorial Secretary for Program.

Lt-Colonel David Bowles, currently serving as Territorial Secretary for Adult & Family Ministries, Germany & Lithuania Territory, to be Assistant Chief Secretary - Special Events.
