Concept: Short online poll (about seven minutes for ten questions) and SAMIS statistics provide information for a report which is discussed in table groups at a congregational meeting. Leadership discerns next steps following the congregational meeting

MISSION MEASUREMENT TOOL
The Mission Measurement Tool is designed to be completed by Corps Council/Mission Board members to foster discussion around mission effectiveness. The work pages can be printed and completed together in a meeting or at home electronically. The results of completing the tool will generate conversation for assessment of current programming and steps to address areas where mission is not being realized.
