It is an honour to share with you our 2023 International MSHTR Annual Report, 'Joining Hands for Transformation'. 

2023 was a year of progress in the fighting for freedom and helping make justice and shalom a reality for those we serve, serving 16,930 survivors! 

The Salvation Army responded to MSHT in an integrated way, realising collective strength lies in our ability to partner with God and one another.
