Available to leaders who have completed the Applied Leadership Programs, Executive Management Programs are designed for those stepping into or currently serving in executive leadership roles.
Leader Internship Leadership Certification
A dynamic leadership development experience designed to give participants real-world exposure to organizational leadership through hands-on learning, strategic projects and direct engagement with senior leaders.
Eligibility: Participants must be in a people leadership role and have their supervisor’s approval to apply for this program.
Prerequisite: Completion of the Emerging Leaders Leadership Certification.
Next Steps: Graduates are eligible to apply for the Executive Management Leadership Certification.
Non-Profit Executive Management Leadership Certification
A five-course certificate delivered by Trinity Western University, drawing from their MBA curriculum and tailored for The Salvation Army’s mission. This program blends principles of executive and non-profit management with a focus on Christian leadership. Offered in a hybrid format to support flexible, ministry-aligned learning.
Eligibility: Participants must be in a people leadership role and have their supervisor’s approval to apply for this program.
Prerequisite: Completion of the Leader Internship Leadership Certification.
