A capability framework is a set of detailed and behaviourally specific descriptions of the key behaviours, skills, knowledge, capabilities, and attributes required for successful performance in different roles within The Salvation Army.
LEADS is not a model or program. Rather, it is a lens through which we can articulate and understand leadership as more than a role or position. Think of it as an ingredient list, if you will. It will drive both leadership development and the expectations and integration of leadership capabilities in all aspects of our organization.
