Illuminate: SPARK Manager
Zina is a passionate leader, facilitator, advocate, and innovator. She focuses her work on learning and asking the big questions about complex trauma, building back human capacity, and healing society through relationship.
With nearly 15 years of experience in the field, Zina has worked directly with human trafficked and exploited Survivors. She has a background as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and is a Certified Leadership Coach. Currently, as the Illuminate: SPARK Manager, Zina has the privilege to see lives empowered and uplifted through social justice education and training.
Her current focus is on the subtleties of power and control, applying anti-oppression frameworks, and the principles of Survivor leadership within the field of Human Trafficking.
