The Salvation Army believes reconciliation is an opportunity to create real relationships with each other. We hear stories with care and respect, to learn the truth and sit in the tension.
"Reconciliation is community," says Captain Crystal Porter, territorial Indigenous ministries consultant. "It won't be perfect, it might get messy, but it will be us together in community, trying our best to walk in right relations."
This National Indigenous History Month and beyond, will you walk the reconciliation path with us? Healing happens when we walk together.
