As emerging leaders are entrusted with new responsibilities, their further development and growth in faith is vital. Leaders are learners. As leaders develop new vision and opportunities for mission and ministry will emerge – which in turn can lead to new opportunities for outreach and evangelism, spiritual growth & development, and ministry & service. Disciple-making ministries should always be forward-looking, developing and encouraging emerging leaders and an expanded vision for ministry in their community and world.

Meeting Minutes Template (Harvard) Download
When you lead a meeting, assign a scribe to take minutes. Use this form to keep track of the issues discussed, decisions made, and action items created during the meeting. After the meeting, use the information to follow up, identify next steps, and communicate them to all meeting participants and any other stakeholders interested in the meeting results.

Common Meeting Problems & Solutions Download
You may not be able to predict all the bad things that could happen in a meeting. But there are some general patterns of meeting flow and participant behavior you can prepare for. To manage common meeting problems, be prepared with these techniques:
