APPOINTMENTS - EFFECTIVE 1 SEPTEMBER 2009
LT. COLONELS MASSIMO AND JANE PAONE, officers of the Italy Command currently serving as command leaders of that command, are appointed to the France & Belgium Territory. Lt. Colonel Massimo Paone is appointed as Chief Secretary, France & Belgium Territory, and Lt. Colonel Jane Paone as Territorial President of Women's Ministries. They succeed Lt. Colonels Joseph and Angelique Lukau, who will be taking up new appointment responsibilities in Africa. Lt. Colonel Massimo Paone has also served as the General's Representative to the Vatican.
MAJORS DANIEL AND ELIANE NAUD, officers of the France & Belgium Territory currently serving respectively as Director of Field Operations and Associate Field Secretary/Candidates Secretary in that territory, are appointed as command leaders of the Italy Command. Major Daniel Naud is appointed as Officer Commanding, Italy Command, and Major Eliane Naud as Command President of Women's Ministries. Their leadership of the Italy Command will include giving oversight to the Army's work in Greece. Major Daniel Naud will also succeed Lt. Colonel Massimo Paone as the General's Representative to the Vatican. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieutenant-colonel.
PROMOTIONS
MAJORS MOSES AND SARAH WANDULU, officers of the Uganda Command currently serving as command leaders of that command, are promoted to the rank of lieutenant-colonel, effective 1 April 2009.
MAJORS GODFREY AND DIANE PAYNE, officers of the United Kingdom Territory with the Republic of Ireland, currently serving as command leaders of the Malawi Command, are promoted to the rank of lieutenant-colonel, effective 1 April 2009.
