On behalf of the Territorial Commander, I am pleased to announce that International Headquarters has approved the following Divisional Leadership appointments:
Major Susan van Duinen, currently serving as Divisional Commander in the British Columbia Division is appointed as Divisional Commander, Ontario Central-East Division, effective July 1, 2011. Inasmuch as this is a Senior Reserved Appointment, this will include an elevation to the rank of Lieut.-Colonel for Majors Susan and Dirk van Duinen.
Major Doug Hefford, currently serving as Officer Personnel Secretary is appointed as Divisional Commander, Maritime Division, effective July 1, 2011.
Major Jean Hefford, currently serving as Adult Ministries Secretary is appointed as Divisional Director of Women's Ministries, Maritime Division, effective July 1, 2011.
Lieut.-Colonel Wayne Pritchett, currently serving as Divisional Commander, Ontario Central-East Division is appointed as Divisional Commander, Newfoundland and Labrador Division, effective July 1, 2011.
Lieut.-Colonel Myra Pritchett, currently serving as Divisional Director of Women's Ministries, Ontario Central-East Division is appointed as Divisional Director of Women's Ministries, Newfoundland and Labrador Division, effective July 1, 2011.
Major Ron Millar, currently serving as Training Principal, Caribbean Territory due to return to Canada, is appointed as Divisional Commander, Alberta & Northern Territories Division, effective July 1, 2011.
Major Donna Millar, currently serving as Education Officer, Caribbean Territory due to return to Canada, is appointed as Divisional Director of Women's Ministries, Alberta & Northern Territories Division, effective July 1, 2011.
Major Larry Martin, currently serving as Divisional Commander, Maritime Division is appointed as Divisional Commander, British Columbia Division, effective July 1, 2011.
Major Velma Martin, currently serving as Divisional Director of Women's Ministries, Maritime Division is appointed as Divisional Director of Women's Ministries, British Columbia Division, effective July 1, 2011.
The appointments for Major Dirk van Duinen and Majors Fred and Wendy Waters will be announced in due course.
