Salvationists and friends around the world can be part of the welcome to the International Conference of Leaders (ICL) 2012 in Toronto. A live webcast of the meeting will be accessible through the ICL 2012 webpage, www.salvationarmy.org/ihq/icl. The event, held at the Living Arts Centre, Mississauga, starts at 5 pm Eastern Daylight Time on Sunday, July 8.
General Linda Bond will lead the welcome meeting, which will be attended by delegates to the conference–leaders of Salvation Army territories and commands, commissioners serving on International Headquarters and the USA national leaders. There will also be contributions from the Canadian Staff Band, the Salvation Army Korean Community Church Songsters and the Ontario Central East Divisional Youth Chorus.
More information about the conference can be found on the ICL 2012 webpage, which will be updated every day of the event (July 7-14) with specially recorded video news reports from delegates.
