He has a master of theological studies from Wycliffe College and has just completed a master of business administration at Trinity Western University. A lifelong Salvationist, Moulton worships with his wife, Cynthia, and their two children at The Salvation Army North Toronto Community Church. The appointment takes effect June 28.

“I love the mission and the sacred work of The Salvation Army,” says Major Carson Decker, territorial candidates secretary, “sharing the love of Jesus, meeting human needs and being a transforming influence.
“It’s been a beautiful journey, filled with incredible moments, and I can’t imagine doing anything else. And if I had to do it all over again, I would still say yes.”

Good morning just noticed this on my tablet.My last name was Jones back then. I was raised with a Moulton family at the Fairbank Corps in Toronto west end on Vaughan Road. If I remember correctly their name were Reggie and Mable children Raymond and little Reggie . Not quite sure I am 82 now and live in sarnia Ontario.and still attend the Sarnia Corps.
