You can be part of the change.
October marks World Food Month with October 16 being World Food Day. The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory challenges you to be a part of making a difference. Refugees have little to no resources and rely on a diet of rice, beans and corn for food. We challenge you to eat like refugees for one week. Visit coffee shops and buy your lunch each day? We challenge you to give up your extras for one week and donate those funds to Gifts of Hope Disaster Relief. Do you like to throw dinner parties? Host a donation dinner party that features international foods and those donations can be given to Gifts of Hope Disaster Relief. Be a part of the change that ends hunger.
