Located on the outskirts of St. John’s, N.L., Conception Bay South is a small town of about 27,000 people. But thanks to a thriving live-stream ministry, the reach of the local Salvation Army corps goes far beyond the bounds of the town, as tens of thousands of people tune into their Sunday services each week. The reach is enormous—and so is the impact.

Majors Chris and Claudette Pilgrim, the CBS corps officers, and Lindsey Andrews, live-stream ministry co-ordinator, share how the ministry works and has grown over the years—especially since the pandemic. And most importantly, they share real stories of how the ministry is changing lives in Newfoundland and Labrador and around the world.

Sadly I cannot get any podcast to play. Even spotify tells me it can't play at this time, yet my spotify works for audio books and music. Not sure why my laptop wont let it play.

Just listened to the podcast and I was amazed as I listened. I have watched CBS from the time it was a small family broadcast from the living room and have seen the comments from all over the world. But the stories in this podcast were much more impacting than seeing the thousands of hits (and even over a hundred thousand on one service) on the Facebook pages each Sunday. I don't know what people will do if this livestream were to go off air. Keep blessing the world as you continue CBS Corps!!!!
