A Mental Health Minute

Will You Help Create Mental Health Change?

January 25 is Bell Let’s Talk, the annual day for raising awareness around mental health support while working to remove the stigma that continues to surround mental health issues.

In the latest Mental Health Minute video, hear from Reshma Sukdhoe, territorial directory for health, safety and wellbeing, and Matthew Delaney, healthy workplace manager, as they share details for how mission partners can find the mental health support they need and offer ways we all can create change for mental health in our workplace and our communities.

According to statistics from Mental Health Research Canada, more than half of Canadians struggling with their mental health aren’t getting the help they need. And further studies show one in four Canadians have experienced high levels of anxiety. Watch the video below to learn more about how, together, we can change this.
