Territorial Commander's Message - Salvation Army Canada

Partners in Mission 2020 Banner Highlighting Bangladesh, The Bahamas and India Central Territory

Message from the Territorial Commander

January 2020

To all Salvationists and friends who support the Partners in Mission Campaign,

On behalf of the international Salvation Army and territorial headquarters, please accept my thanks for your outstanding support of the 2019 Partners in Mission campaign. The genuine interest you have shown in the global ministry of The Salvation Army means more people will be served and the gospel shared with those in desperate need of hope.

During the 2020 Partners in Mission (Self-Denial) campaign, which will carry the tag line "So Others May Know Christ," we will highlight Salvation Army ministry in Bangladesh, the Bahamas, and the India Central Territory. The essence of all Salvation Army ministries - in Canada and Bermuda, and around the world - is rooted in the gospel, the source for transformational living.

The goal of the 2020 "So Others May Know Christ" Partners in Mission campaign is $2.3 million. It is my prayer that we not only meet this goal, but exceed it! The international work of The Salvation Army is vitally important to thousands of people who turn to us for assistance and comfort. They are counting on our continued support and generosity.

Your prayerful consideration of the 2020 Partners in Mission campaign is appreciated. Commissioner Tracey and I count it a privilege to partner with you in the gospel and mission of The Salvation Army. Thank you in advance for your support.

May God richly bless you.
